Reducing symptoms is typically the easiest part of care, however truly correcting the underlying problem and preventing it from returning is what is most important! In order to prevent a rapid recurrence of symptoms, it is necessary to continue receiving care to CORRECT your problem even though your symptoms may have improved.
During the corrective phase of care, you may begin doing exercises and stretches at home to help accelerate your healing.
Don't be discouraged if you have mild flare-ups on occasion. This is normal. Flare-ups are bound to occur during this phase because your body has not fully healed. Depending on the severity of your condition and how long it has been going on, this phase of your care may last anywhere from several months to a couple of years.
